Vibrocontrol 1800 Series

Features of each VIBROCONTROL 1800 series vibration monitoring module include:

Overall vibration measurement according to ISO10816 (or Shaft vibration according to API670)
Time waveform recording and data storage
4 configurable outputs, either as 4-20mA, or as alarm limit relays
Up to 24 additional relay outputs via VC-1801 modules
OK - monitoring of supply voltage, microprocessor and vibration sensor with relay output
Cost-saving installation, either on DIN rail or in optional housing
Connection to either:
- Standard CCS current driven accelerometers (Vibrocontrol 1850)
- Velocity transducers (Vibrocontrol 1860)
- Displacement transducers(Vibrocontrol 1870)
RS232 serial interface, and
RS485 serial interface with multidrop for connection of multiple devices including Vibrocontrol 950 and 960
Network connection via Vibrocontrol 1803 etherbridge module or Vibrocontrol 1804 etherbridge module with local storage
Live output of measured value and limit violation is available via serial interfaces or network
Setup / configuration by direct USB connection or network to Laptop/PC
Download, visualisation and analysis of machine vibration data from local or remote PC
