The SmartBalancer portable measuring instrument provides the tools to

• Asses the severity of machine vibrations according to ISO10816-3,
• Determine when excessive vibration is caused by unbalance (FFT)
• Efficiently reduce unbalance to acceptable levels by calculating the required unbalance correction in either one or two planes
• identify and avoid machine resonances during balancing by either “Run-up” / “Run down” or “Bump test” functions
• Document measurements and balancing reports by downloading to a computer
• Optional enhanced reporting function is available
• Optional Roller Bearing assessment function is available
